  • What business issue/problem were you trying to solve with Poptin?

We were looking to improve the way we engage with and capture leads on the Kolleno website. We needed a way to capture website visitor attention to the most relevant content pieces the marketing team has produced, and encourage them to take action, such as signing up for a webinar, downloading white paper or exploring promotional offers. Hence we thought creating pop up windows would be a great way to do that, however, we didn’t want to spend developer time to code these. That’s why Poptin appeared to us as the easiest and most efficient way to implement the popups to our website.

  • How were you dealing with the problem before you sought partnership with Poptin?

Before Poptin, we didn’t have any other popup solution implemented, but were just relying on building websites with a very intuitive UX/UI – hoping that would be clear for our leads where to find and sign up for the relevant content. However, we’ve realized that even with the most intuitive website interface, you can always boost the engagement and bring more attention of your website visitors to what’s important.

  • What measurable improvements have you seen after using Poptin?

We have observed an increase in the number of our webinar sign ups and e-books downloaded. Our visitor to lead conversion on these pages have increased by around 7%, leading to a notable boost of the marketing qualified leads we get on a monthly basis.

  • What was the most effective element with Poptin that created an impact on your business improvement?

Poptin provided a dynamic solution that allowed us to create interactive and visually appealing popups. We loved how customizable the design of these pop ups can be – they feel like a natural extension of our website. We were able to tailor popups to our brand’s aesthetic and specific triggers, while ensuring a seamless user experience for our users.

  • How do you intend to maximize Poptin in your future endeavors?

Moving forward we plan to exploit more of the ability to A/B test different pop-up designs and triggers to identify the most effective strategies for engaging our audience. We will continue experimenting with different messaging, timing and targeting options to refine our approach. As we are about to be launching a wider-audience newsletter, we plan on leveraging Poptin’s capabilities to build out our mailing list and continue to improve our conversion rates and drive sustained business growth.
